Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat rate homewares shipping to most metropolitan areas across Australia (excluding oversized items and regional locations). This means you can order as many homewares items as you like and you will only be charged a flat fee of $29.95 per order for homewares to metropolitan WA, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT & QLD (excludes NT & TAS). Items must be purchased at the same time, on one order. 

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Perth: 2–5 business days
  • Adelaide: 5–8 business days
  • Sydney, Melbourne: 6–9 business days
  • Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra: 7–10 business days
  • Hobart, Launceston: 9–12 business days

Flat rate shipping also extends to Albury, Bendigo, Bundaberg, Cairns, Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Geelong, Gladstone, Mackay, Maryborough, Newcastle, Northern Rivers, Orange, Port Macquarie, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville and Wollongong.

Orders are shipped via a door-to-door courier service with tracking provided. A signature is required upon delivery, and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier or our customer service team promptly to arrange re-delivery, as unclaimed parcels may be returned to our store if redelivery is not arrange or unsuccessful.

In the event your order is returned to us, we can resend it for an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit (minus original shipping costs). Please note that returned parcels are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping rates at checkout apply to metropolitan areas only. If you are located outside a metro area, please contact us prior to purchase for an accurate delivery quote, as additional charges may apply.

Furniture Delivery

We offer Australia wide furniture shipping. Prices quoted on our website are the base price per item to Australian metropolitan areas. For an accurate shipping quote prior to order placement please contact us at luxefurniture@bigpond.com with your full delivery address and the items you would like delivered. 

Local Pickup in store for items in stock at our WA warehouse is welcome from Casuarina WA 6167. Please contact our friendly team at luxefurniture@bigpond.com to arrange collection. For special order or items stocked at our East coast warehouse shipping charges will apply. 

Local Furniture Delivery within 50km of 6167 (for up to 1 cbm) - Perth Metropolitan Area from $250.00

Local Furniture Delivery beyond 50km of 6167 in the Perth Metropolitan Area: Price on application starting from $399.00.

Furniture Shipping to Metropolitan SA, ACT, VIC, NSW, QLD from $299.00 depending on the item/s size and your location. Please contact us for a quotation prior to order placement. 

TAS / NT: Price on application only. Please contact us for an accurate delivery quotation prior to purchase. 

Please note furniture delivery prices vary depending on the courier company available. The above pricing is a guideline for door to door delivery only and does not include items being carried into your premises, unpacking, installation or rubbish removal. This can be requested at an extra cost to metro areas only.

You are welcome to arrange your own courier and our staff will be happy to assist. Please note all items are carefully checked prior to dispatch so we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for damage if you choose your own courier to collect your order. 

Interstate furniture delivery can in most cases also be arranged from our East coast warehouse (dispatch only no pickup available). 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia. 

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for items in stock. For items not in stock you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time upon order placement. Interstate deliveries leave WA each Tuesday and Friday. You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order. Please note delivery times in the above table are an estimate only and may vary. 

Oversized and Fragile Items

Very fragile items such as mirrors, selected ginger jars, fragile glass items and some artwork is not available for delivery. This will be stated in the product description of these items.

Oversized homewares are available for delivery at an additional cost. Please contact us for a no-obligation quote prior to purchase. 

Faults and Damages

Please open your delivery as soon as it is received. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged due to shipping, Luxe Furniture & Homewares will provide a replacement. If the item cannot be replaced, a store credit or refund will be offered. We require written notification along with images of the damage within 24 hours of the item being delivered in order for your replacement claim to be processed (as per the freight carriers requirements).  

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Not all items on our website are in stock, however can be purchased by special order or pre-order. Full payment is required for special orders and pre-order items. The lead time can vary from 2 - 12 weeks for the item to arrive from order placement. You will be advised of an approximate delivery time after your order has been placed. Please note this is an estimate only and is subject to change due to delays in production and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding and ask you to be certain of your special order or pre-order selections prior to purchase as we do not offer a refund once the order has been placed or if an item is delayed.

Once your pre-order or special order has arrived in stock you will be notified to arrange pickup within seven (7) days. Please note, if you cannot collect your order within seven days the order will incur storage cost of $100 per week, which will be charged to your card. We do not offer long term storage facilities, if you cannot collect your order within four weeks of the order arriving the items will be returned to stock and a store credit will be supplied, minus a handling fee of $100.00
