We offer flat rate shipping to metropolitan cities throughout Australia for the majority of our luxury homewares (exclusions apply for oversize and fragile items).

Our shipping is via a door to door courier service, with signature required on delivery and tracking information provided (please note delivery is not available to PO Box addresses).

Please be aware if delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier or our customer service team to arrange re-delivery of your order as soon as possible.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for items in stock. For special orders you will be contacted with an estimated lead time upon order placement, thank you. Interstate deliveries leave WA each Tuesday and Friday. You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order. Please note delivery times in the above table are an estimate only and may vary. 

Oversized and Fragile Items

Very fragile items such as mirrors, selected ginger jars, fragile glass items and some artwork is not available for delivery. This will be stated in the product description of these items.

Oversized homewares are available for delivery at an additional cost. Please contact us for a no-obligation quote prior to purchase. 

Faults and Damages

Please open your delivery as soon as it is received. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged due to shipping, Luxe Furniture & Homewares will provide a replacement. If the item cannot be replaced, a store credit or refund will be offered. We require written notification along with images of the damage within 24 hours of the item being delivered in order for your replacement claim to be processed (as per the freight carriers requirements).  

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia. 

Furniture Delivery

Delivery of furniture can be arranged Australia wide. Please contact us for an accurate delivery quote if you are unsure of the price prior to purchase.

Local Furniture Delivery beyond 50km of 6167 in the Perth Metropolitan Area: Price on application (from $399.00).

Interstate Furniture Shipping - Metropolitan SA, ACT, VIC, NSW, QLD from $399.00 depending on the item/s size and your location. Please contact us for a quotation prior to order placement. 

Please note delivery prices are for furniture only and may vary depending on the courier company available. The above pricing is a guideline, for door to door delivery only and does not include items being carried into your premises, unpacking, installation or rubbish removal.

You are welcome to pickup your items or arrange your own courier and our staff will be happy to assist. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for damage to your purchase or vehicle if you choose to pickup your order. 

Interstate furniture delivery can in most cases also be arranged from our East coast warehouse (dispatch only no pickup available). 

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Not all items on our website are in stock, however can be purchased by special order or pre-order. Full payment is required for special orders and pre-order items. The lead time can vary from 2 - 24 weeks for the item to arrive from order placement. You will be advised of an approximate delivery time after your order has been placed. Please note this is an estimate only and is subject to change due to delays in production, shipping and quarantine. We appreciate your patience and understanding and ask you to be certain of your special order or pre-order selections prior to purchase as we do not offer a refund once the special order has been placed or if an item is delayed.

Once your pre-order or special order has arrived in stock you will be notified to arrange pickup within seven (7) days. Please note, if you cannot collect your order within seven days the order will incur storage cost of $100 per week, which will be charged to your card. We do not offer long term storage facilities, if you cannot collect your order within four weeks of the order arriving the items will be returned to stock and a store credit will be supplied, minus a handling fee of $100.00
