Do you have a store where I can shop in-person?
Yes, our showroom open by appointment. We are located at 1048 Thomas Road, Casuarina Western Australia, 6167. Please email our team at luxefurniture@bigpond.com to make a booking.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver Australia wide with flat rate homewares shipping to metropolitan cities throughout Australia for the majority of our luxury homewares (excluding oversize items and regional delivery). Please contact us for an accurate delivery quote prior to purchase if you live outside of a metropolitan area.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently delivery to Australia only however we hope to ship internationally in the future.
What is the typical turnaround time for order shipment?
We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for items in stock. For items not in stock you will be contacted with an estimated delivery time upon order placement. Interstate deliveries leave WA each Tuesday and Friday. You will be advised if there is a delay in dispatching your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time. If you would like an update on your order’s status at any stage, feel free to contact us with your order number. Please note, all enquiries are responded to during weekday business hours.
Will my parcel be left in a safe place if I am not home?
All of our parcels require a signature on delivery. If you would like your parcel left on your property when no one is home, please indicate this at checkout. Please note, Luxe Furniture and Homewares do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur if the parcel is left in an unsecured or exposed location. We recommend our signature on delivery service and can arrange a re-delivery if you are not home on the first attempted delivery.
Do you offer Layby?
No, however we do offer interest free options via Afterpay and Paypal pay in 4.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and Afterpay.
