This item will have movement, this is not a fault, but allows for the natural expansion and contraction to avoid splitting. Splits may still occur within the fibers of this natural wood product. We advise you to keep the product in consistent, stable conditions to minimise the effects of temperature and moisture change in the atmosphere. For example, avoiding placing the product close to a heat source to ensure the longevity of the product.
